We’ve built prototype restaurants and rolled them out across the country for franchise chains, and we’ve designed and built locally owned restaurants. The restaurant industry works on a very tight timetable, and it is imperative to keep the project on time and within budget. Many restaurants we build fit into existing buildings. Our expertise allows us to evaluate the facility, assess the plans and specifications, and determine if those plans will work within that space. With restaurants, special care must be taken with such things as temperature controls and modifying plans to fit space constraints. Multiple locations of Le Peep were completed by Mattingly Corporation. The N. Illinois remodel was of an existing facility. The project began on a Sunday evening and Le Peep reopened the following Thursday morning for business. The key to this success was phasing and pre-staging materials.

Papa John's Papa John's
The Mattingly Corporation has constructed nearly 400 Papa John’s locations. The Lockfield Commons location was the 1,000th store for Papa John's and was constructed in less than 10 weeks. The complete exterior design was changed from the original design to maintain the cities requirements of matching the Lockfield feel of brick vs. EIFS
