With innovative designs featuring modern as well as classic architecture, The Mattingly Corporation has built and renovated many office facilities throughout the region, several of them award-winning projects. Whether freestanding build-to-suit headquarters or build-outs in existing facilities, we handle projects that range from a one-person office to a campus-office environment.

Our own headquarters is located on the northside, in one of two buildings we designed that encompass more than 40,000 square feet of common areas and multi-tenant office space. As the Owner and Property Manager of our own office buildings, we provide additional experience that can offer value to clients who may be exploring this option as an investment for their own portfolios.

Large concrete piers were used in the subsurface construction for this Real Estate office on the north side of Indianapolis.  This site was built up over a retired gravel pit, thus compaction of the Indiana clay and top soil were a main concern for a successful project.

The Mattingly Corporation constructed this 20,000 square foot office building adjacent to the Genesis I Building. This Class ‘A’ office building, located in the rapidly expanding Fishers, is the home of five tenants. Mattingly Corporation met all construction deadlines during the tenant finish build-out phase for 100% occupancy rate in an 8 month period.

The Mattingly Corporation constructed this 20,000 square foot office building as the first of 2 Genesis Office Buildings. This Class ‘A’ office building, located in the rapidly expanding Fishers, is the home of eight tenants. The Genesis I Office Building is the corporate headquarters for the Mattingly Corporation.

The shell of this 8,206 sf building was constructed in 93 days. Winter conditions made the construction of this project a challenge.  The All State Insurance Agency and a law firm occupy the 2nd story of this 8 suite building.
