P'zazz Salon

This beautiful 2,000 square foot hair and nail salon was completed in 93 days. Italian marble, imported plumbing and electrical fixtures complemented the frosted glass block throughout the salon and lobby area.

Union Planters Bank

This 13,000 SF. remodel was of the existing branch and management offices located in downtown Indianapolis. The bank maintained full operations as well as customer access to the vault for safe deposit box transactions. This project was completed in 2 phases with public access to all areas at all times. Very high-end finishes were utilized and attention to detail was a must. The Mattingly Corp. was awarded a Monumental Affair Award from the city of Indianapolis.

JC Penney 8752 Michigan Road Indianapolis, IN 46268 Square Footage: 101,500 Architect: GSR Andrade, Dallas This renovated facility began as an 83,000 square foot K-Mart. The Mattingly Corporation added a 3,500 square foot loading dock and a 15,000 square foot addition to the south end of the existing building. The project was a renovation including a new roof, electrical system, HVAC and plumbing. The construction schedule was 33 weeks in length. An 8,330 square foot Outlot Building Shell was also constructed to relocate the existing Radio Shack Retail Store to a more prominent location closer to Michigan Road.
