The Mattingly Corporation has begun construction on a building for Prudhomme "Snake Racing" Investments in Eagle Point, Brownsburg, Indiana.

The 41,580-square-foot building will have custom size office suites available, 7,840-square-foot will be optional two story office or showroom area with the remainder 33,740 being flexible warehouse/ distribution.

Prudhomme Investments hopes to attract motorsports and like related industry tenants to the ever expanding base of the NHRA headquarters already in what is becoming known as "Nitro Alley" in the   Indianapolis west-side suburb.

Construction is expected to be complete in July 2007. Architectural design provided by U S Architects and Civil Engineering by D. Scott Bordenet.
